Learn how easy it is to manage your finances with this introduction to financial analysis!

Not every business needs a full team to manage finances and we’ll teach you just how basic and easy financial analysis can be! Learn how to analyze your balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows reports and use them to identify areas where you can increase your profits and business performance.

Topics include:

    industry ratios,

    budget variances,

    trends, and more.

Participants should have completed Basic Bookkeeping for Beginners, or be familiar with the concepts covered in that workshop. Basic Bookkeeping for Beginners is being held prior to this class on 5/11/21 10AM-12PM; however it’s not required that you attend both classes.

Taught by Expert Business Advisor Sandra Garsele

Sandra Garsele holds a MBA in Finance from the Columbia Southern University and is one of the Managing Consultants at Hilliard Management Group Inc. 

She has over 20 years of experience as a business consultant working with clients to manage general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.

She has worked with various Small Business Development Centers in San Francisco Bay Area and New York for 15 years training small business owners in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks processes through workshops and individual counseling.
