About the Napa Wise Roundtable

  • Once a month online Roundtable meeting, every third Tuesday, Noon to 1:30 
  • Time to talk about challenges and opportunities for your business
  • Expert guest speakers covering subjects you need to know to improve your business
  • Exclusively for women business owners in Napa County

Led by Cathy Balach and Laurie Zerga

Cathy Balach is a marketing strategist and online marketer working with website design, content development, email communications, and marketing media.

She holds a MBA with focus in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in International Management from University of Arizona/Thunderbird.

Cathy has worked for PepsiCo, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and launched three startups of her own. With over 15 years of experience consulting and mentoring small businesses, she has worked with thousands of start-up and growing businesses in the North Bay.

Industry-wise, she’s worked with many types of small businesses, including retail (online and bricks-and-mortar), food businesses, and nonprofits. 

Laurie Zerga is a Strategic Business Advisor at SBDC and loves helping entrepreneurs with marketing, IT, customer service, startups and p&l accountability from $2M to $45M. She is an accomplished senior executive, C-Suite officer, consultant, entrepreneur, thought leader, and board member with over 25 years of success across financial services, food, international technology and engineering industries.

She uses surprising secrets to grow without pain in rapidly changing times. But very few small businesses use these techniques that allow you to serve a lot more people and increase the bottom line.
