Calling all business owners in Vacaville! This is your opportunity to meet other business owners like yourself to work together on your business, not just in your business.

Here’s what one Roundtable member had to say:

“None of us are as smart as all of us and being part of a roundtable group gives me the advice and support I need to make good decisions and be a better leader.”

The goals of this group are to help you:

  • Further develop your leadership skills
  • Get fresh perspectives to help you make better decisions
  • Learn business best practices for your business that you can apply immediately
  • Move forward faster
  • Change trajectory when appropriate
  • Fully leverage SBDC resources

This roundtable group is funded by the City of Vacaville specifically for Vacaville business owners recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Led by: Juan Vallejos, Solano-Napa SBDC Business Advisor

Juan Vallejos has lived in Solano County for over 30 years. He moved to the United States with his family when he was just 6 years old.

He began his professional career working in construction with his father, a real estate investor who specializes in fixer uppers. Within a few years, he had his own general building contractors license and bought a dump truck to do demolition jobs. Over time, people would ask him to do clean ups and demolition projects at their personal homes. This led to him opening Bay Hauling a few years before the COVID-19 pandemic. He soon became a Solano-Napa SBDC business client, and utilized the one-on-one business advising and SBDC programs for years before becoming an Business Advisor in 2024.
