About Me:

Leo Callejas brings a unique blend of military discipline and entrepreneurial spirit to his role as a Business Advisor at the Solano-Napa SBDC.

Originally from Nicaragua, Leo moved to the United States in 2001 and served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army, including a deployment to Iraq. His commitment to service and community is a hallmark of his professional journey. After completing his military service, Leo earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Network Management and spent over a decade in the corporate sector, specializing in technical project management within financial institutions. His expertise in managing technical implementations and leading complex projects laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial pursuits.

In 2017, Leo founded DigitalTrack Digital Marketing, a California-based digital marketing agency focused on empowering service-based businesses—including contractors, plumbers, tax services, cleaning companies, janitorial services, and restaurants—to grow their customer base and enhance their online presence. His passion for supporting local businesses extends beyond his agency as he actively engages in community development through his involvement with the Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SHCC), where he has held leadership roles, including board president from 2021 to 2023.

Since 2024, Leo has been an SBDC consultant, dedicating his time to assisting startups and small business owners in Solano County with critical steps such as obtaining business licenses, health permits, and navigating local regulations. His bilingual skills in English and Spanish allow him to bridge language barriers and provide guidance to a diverse range of entrepreneurs. Leo also serves as the Northern Region Chair for the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CHCC), advocating for Hispanic-owned businesses throughout Northern California. His dedication to community
support is further reflected in his work with the SBDC, where he leverages his marketing expertise and community connections to help local businesses thrive.

Leo lives in Fairfield, California, with his wife and four sons. He is an advocate for small business growth and is committed to helping entrepreneurs navigate challenges and seize opportunities
