This workshop is for a one-day training and test for Food Safety Manager certification.

This training is held in-person at the Advanced Training Center at 741 4th Street in Santa Rosa.

TRAINING AND EXAM

9-4PM. The Food Manager exam session begins at 2pm, and goes until 4pm (2-hour limit to take the exam).

EXAM ONLY

You can also take the exam-only option, appropriate for those who are retesting. For the exam only, please arrive no later than 1:45pm.

About the ServSafe Food Safety Manager Training & Certification

Food Safety Training: California State law requires each food service establishment to have at least one employee who is Food Safety Manager certified.

This one-day session will review the key terms and concepts from the ServSafe textbook (included in the registration fee).

The accredited exam will be administered at the end of the review session and is a ninety-question, multiple-choice exam. Examinees need to score 75 percent or higher to pass this exam. Certification must be renewed every five years.
