The WISE Roundtable is created by women, for women like you to work on your businesses every month. Come and learn what to expect, meet the group, and see if it is right for you. 

About the WISE Group

  • Meets online, every first and third Tuesday, 12-1pm (except holiday weeks)
  • Time to talk about challenges and opportunities for your business
  • Expert guest speakers covering subjects you need to know to improve your business
  • Exclusively for women business owners in Solano and Napa Counties

A roundtable group provides you with a safe place where you can help with pressing issues you are dealing with.

Led by Cathy Balach

Cathy Balach is Lead Business Advisor for SBDC, as well as a marketing strategist and online marketer working with website design, content development, email communications, and marketing media.

She holds a MBA with focus in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in International Management from University of Arizona/Thunderbird.

Cathy has worked for PepsiCo, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and launched three startups of her own. With over 15 years of experience consulting and mentoring small businesses, she has worked with thousands of start-up and growing businesses in the North Bay.
